基于TRIZ的可拆卸连接结构设计研究

摘    要:针对绿色设计中可拆卸设计问题,提出运用TRIZ冲突解决原理和TRIZ物质—场分析原理进行产品零部件间连接结构的可拆卸设计。通过构建连接结构可拆卸属性与新TRIZ冲突矩阵48个工程参数之间的关联表,并建立连接结构的TRIZ物质—场模型,分别给出了利用TRIZ冲突解决原理和TRIZ物质—场分析原理进行可拆卸设计的两种方法,以提高产品零部件的可拆卸性能。设计实例证明了方法的可行性。
