变频调速技术在瓦斯装置中的应用

摘    要:在介绍瓦斯装置活塞式压缩机工作流程基础上,详细分析了目前控制方案中存在的缺点,并提出了变频调速节能改造控制方案,阐述了压缩机变频调速改造过程中应注意的问题。现场运行情况表明,变频调速节能改造是成功的,节能效果明显,降低了故障率,减少了操作员的劳动强度。

Abstract:This paper analyzed in detail the shortcomings of the current control scheme through the work flow-process of piston compressors,and proposed energy-saving frequency conversion control program.It also pointed out the problem in the process of compressor frequency control.On-site operation showed that energy-saving frequency conversion is successful,saving power and reducing the failure rate and the operator's labor intensity.
