| 摘 要： | 敏捷制造被称为下一代制造模式，与传统制造模式相比具有不同的技术内涵和竞争理念。本文着重论述了敏捷制造模式及其关键技术，提出了在我国实施敏捷制造的一些建议，并讨论了制造企业敏捷化进程中需要完成的一些基础性准备工作。
