| 摘 要： | 从目前大量性建设的单元式集合住宅所出现的邻居交往困难的现象出发，提出了单元式集合住宅的入户过渡空间的原型，并经进一步分析了该空间促进邻居交往产生与发展的可能，强调了该过渡空间对于改善如今邻居关系现状的作用及意义。
