模拟特征分析的在线测试系统设计实现

摘    要:在线测试技术广泛应用于在电子器件性能测试和故障诊断中。给出了一种基于模拟特征分析的在线测试系统设计实现方法。该测试系统以NI数据采集卡为核心,结合外围的信号采集电路和上层软件设计,可有效检测电路故障。与传统的模拟特征分析测试系统实现方案相比,具有实现简单、工作稳定,测试参数可配置性强等特点。

Abstract:In-Circuit Test is widely used in electronics device performance test and fault diagnosis. The paper designs a circuit board fault testing system based on Analog Signature Analysis technology of In-Circuit Test. The testing system adopts advanced NI data acquisition card, combining with the periphery signal acquisition circuit and the upper software design, which can effectively detect cir- cuit fault. Compared to traditional Analog Signature Analysis testing system, our design has the ad- vantage of simple realization, stable operation and strong configurable ability.
