摘    要:利用物质流分析方法,基于系统动力学理论,对区域钢铁产品生命周期体系结构进行系统分析,并根据系统循环反馈关系创建了区域钢铁产品生命周期系统的动力学模型。基于该模型,针对不同生产模式和不同情景进行系统仿真,动态地展示了整个区域钢铁产品生命周期中物质流随时间变化情况,进一步分析讨论了不同生产模式和情景下铁资源效率情况,并给出一些有益的意见和建议,供决策者参考。

Abstract:Based on the system dynamics theory, this paper describes the system structure about the life cycle of steel products by the substance flow analysis, establishes the system' s SD model according to system' s circulation feedback relations, carries on the system simulation on the different production pattern, and demonstrates the change situation of the entire material flow, further discusses the resources efficiency of the system under the different production pattern. Some beneficial advice for the decision-makers was given.
