| 摘 要： | 针对我国城市发展建设和建筑设计的现状及主要问题，本文以城市环境保护、建筑与城市设计、人与自然的关系、交通安全等方面，提出了自己的见解与改进的七项建议。对建筑设计与城市发展的宏观控制和指导，以及政府职能部门的管理监督方面的指施进行了探讨。
