液压修井机液压缸的稳定性仿真

摘    要:液压修井机利用伸缩液压缸完成起下油管作业,为了满足液压修井机伸缩式液压缸的可靠性设计,必须对液压缸工作的稳定性进行可靠性分析。为此,建立了多级液压缸有限元仿真模型,利用ANSYS软件中的分析结构屈曲和屈曲模态技术,对液压修井机液压缸的工作过程进行了非线性稳定性分析,并根据仿真计算结果提出了该修井机液压缸的优化结构,为设计安全可靠的液压修井机提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The multi-stage hydraulic cylinder telescopic hydraulic workover rig is developed to meet the demand of workover operation in oilfield. The running and pulling of tubing is performed by using the telescopic hydraulic cylinder.According to the operating feature of the multi-stage telescopic hydraulic cylinder, the reliability analysis of the stability of the hydraulic cylinder must be carried out Therefore, the finite-element realistic model of the multi-stage hydraulic cylinder is established. By using the structure buckle and buckle modility analysis technology in ANSYS software, the nonlinear stability analysis of the operating course of the cylinder is performed. Based on the simulation calculation results, the optimized structure of the hydraulic cylinder is put forward, providing reliable theoretical basis for designing safe and reliable hydraulic workover rig.
