摘    要:《食品生产许可证》对酱油生产企业是必需的,而生产必备条件的现场审查是企业获得该证的关键。该文剖析了目前酿造酱油生产企业存在的问题,并提出了对策,对提高我国酱油生产企业的生产水平和产品质量具有指导意义。

Abstract:Food Production License" is necessary for a soy sauce manufacture. It is the key point for the manufacture to obtain the license with the on-site inspection. This paper analyzes the problems that exist in a soy sauce brewing manufacture at present and offers the measures, which has instructive significance to improve the production and the quality of commodities in the domestic enterprise of soy sauce.
