摘    要:从合成氨变换工序第一热交换器所处的运行环境入手,着重阐述了其下管板、列管管束下部等不锈钢构件严重腐蚀是因为“氯脆”和应力腐蚀破裂造成的。就这一腐蚀问题提出了确保软水品质、提高蒸汽品质、降低氯含量等防护措施,取得了比较满意的效果。

Abstract:Starting from the operation environment of the first heat exchanger in the shift section of an ammonia plant, the focal point is on the severe corrosion of the stainless steel members, such as the lower tubeplate and the lower part of tube bundles, which is caused by chloride cracking and stress corrosion cracking. In the light of this corrosion problem preventive measures are proposed, including ensuring the quality of demineralized water, improving steam quality, and reducing chlorine content, thus obtaining satisfactory results.
