摘    要:矩形窄缝通道轴向非均匀加热临界热流密度试验研试验数据处理等,而试验本体的设计是试验研究能否正常开展的关键.因此,准确、合理的试验本体的设计,对于矩形窄缝通道轴向非均匀加热临界热流密度试验研究是非常重要的.本文介绍了矩形窄缝通道轴向功率按截断余弦分布的临界热流密度试验本体的设计方法和结果.试验采用电加热方式,通过改变试验本体沿轴向的壁厚来实现非均匀加热,本文还介绍了试验本体的绝缘措施,临界测量方法等.

Abstract:Test section design,test techniques and test data processing are one of the key technologies of test research of CHF for non-uniform axial power shapes in rectangle narrow channel.However,the design of test section is critical for this test research.Therefore,it is very important to accurately design the test section for test research of CHF for non-uniform axial power shapes in rectangle narrow channel.Design method and result of CHF test section of rectangle narrow channel has been presented.During the test,the electric heating has been adopted,and the non-uniform heating has been realized by changing the wall thickness along axial direction.The Measurement and insulation method of the experimental assembly has also been described.
