醋酸乙烯酯乳液聚合的研究进展

摘    要:对乳液聚合体系的组分如引发剂、乳化剂和保护胶体等进行改性是提高聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液性能的常用方法。此外,与丙烯酸类或乙烯类化合物等单体的共聚也可改善乳液性能。种子乳液聚合和微乳液聚合等新型方法的发展应用也为聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液提供了新的方向。综述了醋酸乙烯酯乳液的聚合工艺、聚合理论以及改性研究等方面的最新发展,并对其前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Modification of the poly (vinyl acetate) emulsion by modification of principle components such as initiator, emulsifier and stabilizer were commonly adopted to improve the properties of the emulsion. Copolymerization with other monomers such as acrylic ester and ethylene vinyl acetate was another promising way. New methods of emulsion polymerization including seeding emulsion polymerization and microemulsion polymerization extended prospects in poly (vinyl acetate) emulsion. The polymerization technique, theory and modification of poly (vinyl acetate) emulsion were reviewed. Suggestions for the future were provided.
