45钢膏剂渗硼及耐蚀性研究

摘    要:通过试验探讨了45钢渗硼后的组织和工艺参数对渗硼层厚度影响规律以及渗硼层的耐蚀性。结果表明:渗硼时间一定,渗硼层深度和渗硼温度呈负指数方关系;渗硼温度一定,渗硼层深度与渗硼时间呈抛物线关系;渗硼试样耐蚀性明显优于未渗硼试样,而单相渗硼层的耐蚀性又明显优于双相渗硼层。

Abstract:Through experiment the rule of effect of the technological parameters on thick ness of boronned layer and the corrosion resistanie of the boronned layer affer boronization of steel 45. The result shrows: With definite time of boronization, the dependence of depth of Boronned layer on tempera ture of boronization obegs the negative exponential with definice temperature of boronization.the dependence of depth of boronized layer on time of boronizaton obegs the paralola relation.The corrosion resisting alility of the boronized specimen is obuiouly better than the un-lorouized.The corrosion resisting alility of the single-phase boronized layes is obuiouly letter than that of the double-phase boronized layer.
