新型农药中间体2,4-二氯苯基戊酮中的间二氯苯气相色谱分析

摘    要:研究了新型农药中间体2.4-二氯苯基戊酮中的间二氯苯气相色谱分离条件.以10%SE-30/Chromosorb W.AW.DMCS为同定相,氢离子火焰检测器检测.以苯甲酸甲酯作为内标物,采用内标定量分析法.测得2.4-二氯苯基戊酮中的问二氯苯的平均回收率为99.23%,相对标准偏差小于0.02%.

Abstract:m-Dichlorobenzene in the sample of 2,4-dichloro-valerophenone was studied by GC with FID on a glass column packed with 10% SE-30/Chromosob W.AW.DMCS. Methyl benzoate niobe oil was used as internal standard. Internal standard method was chosen as quantitative analysis method. The result showed that the average recovery was 99.23% and the RSD was less than 0.02%.
