摘    要:GSM移动通信技术具有覆盖范围广、网络能力强的特点,克服了传统的专网通信系统投资成本大,维护费用高,网络覆盖范围和用户数量有限的弊端.它性能稳定,运行费用少,为远程监测设备的通信提供了一个强大的支持平台.飞来峡水情遥测系统充分利用了此项优势来改造原有的超短波通信和卫星通信,既节约了成本,又实现了数据的实时监测,为水情遥测信息传输开辟了一条新的途径.

Abstract:With the characteristics of wide coverage area and strong network power, GSM mobile communication technology has overcome the shortcomings of traditional special net communication system such as high investment and maintenance cost, limited coverage area and user quantity. With stable performance and less operation cost, this technology provides a powerful supporting platform for the communication of remote monitoring devices. The advantages of this technology have been made full use in the modification of the original ultra shortwave and satellite communication of Feilaixia water regime telemetering system, which not only save cost, but also realize real-time data monitoring. It is a new water regime telemetering information transmission charred.
