太西煤冷压成型制取优质铸造型焦

摘    要:太西煤冷压成型制取优质铸造型焦,主要是在冷态下压力成型后炭化制取型焦.该项目选用低灰、低硫的太西煤为基础煤,配入适量的黏结指数高达92的1/3焦煤,以煤焦油和煤沥青作黏结剂,以制备抗压强度>100kg/cm2的型煤,再将型煤炭化制得了优质铸造型焦.铸造型焦断面光滑,呈银白色金属光泽,无宏观裂纹,除硫分稍高外,其他指标均达到和超过了特级铸造型焦标准.该项目主要突破的技术是:(1)选择最佳的原料煤煤种与粒度、料级及原料配比;(2)采用特殊的入炉温度及炭化过程,以煤焦油和煤沥青作黏结剂,改善了型焦内部结构,气孔率极低,故属高密度铸造型焦;(3)该项目精结组分配煤不受煤种局限,试验证明,焦煤、肥煤、气肥煤和气煤均可作黏结配煤.以太西无烟煤为主,采用型焦工艺生产优质铸造型焦,可取得显著的经济效益.

Abstract:The superfine foundry mould coke with high density, low ash and sulfur content, and high strength is the product demanded in national and international market. Taixi fine foundry mould coke has been made in cold pressed briquette. The project first prepares briquette in compressive strength more than 100 kg 1 cm2, then cokes briquette to make good foundry mould coke by choosing to use Taixi coal with characteristic of low ash and sulfur content as basic constituent, blending an amount of 1/3 coking coal in caking index more than 92, choosing coal tar and pitch as binder. The foundry mould coke is smooth in section and shows a silvery metallic gloss without macroscopic crack and with less porosity. Therefore, the foundry mould coke belongs to high density foundry coke. Except the sulfur content beyond standard a bit, the other indexes reach and surpass the standard of superfine foundry coke. The project mainly surmounts the following techniques:(1)to select the best coal type, fineness, material, and raw material ratio;(2)to adopt particular temperature of coke oven and coking process, use coal bar and pitch as binder to improve the internal structure of formcoke;(3)the binder constituents of the project free from coal types. The experiments have proved that coking coal, fat coal, gas fat coal and gas coal can all be used as coal blending. The paper discusses that coal like Taixi anthracite, adopts formcoal techniques to produce fine foundry mould coke which can bring about remarkable economic profits.
