| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化条件下，国际直接投资对一国经济工，产业结构调整和经济持续发展产生了重大影响。本文从宏观角度对国际直接投资发展条件作出理论阐述，对发达国家对外直接投资路径以及对外直接投资与经济发展的相关性进行探讨，并对中国加入WTO后，对外直接投资发展趋势进行分析。

| Abstract: | Under the economic globalization, foreign direct investment has exerted a great influence upon economic growth,adjustment of industrial structure and sustained development of a country's economy.This paper studies the condition of development of foreign direct investment from a macro perspective,and provided the correlation between economic development and foreign direct investment in developed countries.It also analyzes the trends of development of foreign direct investment after China's entry into WTO. |
