摘    要:柳钢4号高炉因更换热风炉蓄热球而导致低风温,介绍采取的富氧操作、调整上部制度、控制炉型、保持铁水温度、加强热风炉烧炉与炉前出铁管理等应对措施,并使煤比保持在165kg/t以上。

Abstract:Changing of regenerative material of hot-blast stove caused low blast temperature for No.4 Blast Furnace,the countermeasures,such as oxygen-enrichment operation,upper system adjustment,furnace profile control,molten iron temperature maintain,stove burning and tapping management,were introduced and adapted to keep coal ration exceeding 165kg/t.
