| Abstract: | The factors affecting good quality rate of wire rod of Grades HPB235, Q195 and 30MnSi were analyzed. The controlling ranges of initial rolling temperatures, inlet temperatures of finishing mill and laying temperatures for each grade steel were tested and summarized without changing the chemical compositions of each grade steel; and furthermore, the countermeasures for improving good quality rate were put forward. |
