铅富氧闪速熔炼炉炉体冷却装置的设计

摘    要:我国第一座铅富氧闪速熔炼炉采用了独创的"大三明治"和"立体水冷"新结构,铜水套用量不到200t,全部国产化制造。生产实践证明,设计出的冷却原件和冷却装置系统安全可靠,耐火材料得到了有效保护。

Abstract:The first wholly-homebred lead oxygen-enriched flash smelting furnace in China adopted an original new structure, i.e. big sandwich and stereoscopic water cooling. The copper water jacket consumption was less than 200 t and could be domestically manufactured. The plant practice result shows that the designed cooling elements and cooling device system are safe and reliable, and the refractory materials are effectively protected.
