| 摘 要： | 介绍了齐化化工有限责任公司对提高PVC树脂热老化白度的研究。采取的措施 :(1)单体中含铁量控制 2× 10 -6以下 ;(2 )在生产高型号PVC树脂时 ,加入可消耗高能自由基的链转移剂 ;(3)聚合转化率控制在 80 %左右时出料 ;(4 )加入 0 .0 2 %以下的C7-9Zn。改进后使PVC树脂的白度控制在 85 %、粘数为 85mL/g。

| Abstract: | Study of the heating ageing whiteness of PVC resin in Qiqihar Chemical Industry Co. ,Ltd. are introduced. Following measures are taken: (1)controlling the content of Fe less than 2×10-6; (2)adding chain transfer agent consuming high-energy free radical while producing high-molecular weight PVC resin; (3)discharging from reactor when polymerization conversion reach about 80%; (4)adding≤0.02% Zn soap (containing 7～9 carbon atoms). So PVC resin with 85% whiteness and 85 mL/g viscosity number are obtained. |
