摘    要:连铸过程中采用电磁搅拌可以产生积极的冶金效果,但同时又伴有严重的负偏析带(白亮带)的产生。本文在实验室及工业试验的基础上对“白亮带”的形成机理及影响因素进行了较为系统的研究,得出如下结论:凝固速度的变化不是形成“白亮带”的主要原因,“白亮带”主要是由于强制流动的钢液对凝固前沿的冲刷所致。

Abstract:Some good results can be obtained while applying EMS to CC process, but the heavy negative segregation band ("white band") appears at the same time. The mechanism of " white band " formation and its affecting factors are discussed in detail in this paper. The following conclusion can be obtained: The main cause of the formation of "white band" is the brushing effect on the mushy zone in the liquid instead of the sudden change in the solidification rate.
