陶瓷成型用不饱和树脂基模具的研究

摘    要:石膏模具是陶瓷工业生产中长期以来使用的传统模具,为了克服石膏模具的一些缺点,研究了不饱和树脂基模具的制备,以不饱和聚酯树脂为基体,加入各种助剂配制W/O乳液,然后加入复合乳化剂,最终制得微孔模具材料。讨论了W/O乳液体系配制的问题,并对两种模具材料性能进行了比较。

Abstract:The gypsum mold has been used to form body for a long time in the ceramic industry, but there are a lot of defaults about the mold, So the preparation of a kind of microporous mold using the uusaturated polyester resin was studied. After adding some agents into the unsaturated polyester resin, we research on that how to form a stable W/O emulsion with various emulsors. Meanwhile the mechanism of forming microceUor and the effect of the agents on the quality of the material were investigated.
