一种新型超声波塑焊电源的研制

摘    要:介绍了超声换能器的基本性质、主电路的原理,采用新型的基于DDS-PLL技术的复合频率跟踪策略,实现逆变输出功率因数接近为1,以IGBT功率器件构成的全桥移相功率控制方式,实现输出功率可进行调节,同时系统具有各种保护功能。试验证明,所研制的用于功率超声塑焊的智能化电源,能实现频率快速、准确地自动跟踪,而且工作性能稳定可靠,输出功率调节方便,具有效率高、实用性强等特点。

Abstract:The basic characteristics of the ultrasonic transducer and the principle of the main circuit are introduced, By adopting the compound frequency tracking strategy based on DDS-PLL technology, the approximate PFC of output power of 1 are implemented. With the full bridge phase shifted power control mode constructed with IGBT power apparatus, output power can be adjusted and various protective functions can be offered. The experiments prove that the intelligent power supply developed for ultrasonic plastic welding features rapid and accurate automatic freauencv tracking, stable and reliable ooeration, easv output oower regulation, high efficiency and annlicable in practice.
