| 摘 要： | 以JT200型卷筒机为原型，深入研究了纸带在卷筒过程中张力变化的规律，阐明了卷纸筒机张力控制系统原理及控制方式，建立了纸卷放卷过程中纸带张力控制系统的数学模型，并进行了详细地分析与推导，得出了张力变化的表达公式，论证了纸带的线速度与纸卷的半径是引起张力波动的两个主要干扰量。并探讨了PID控制算法的理论，并给出了PID控制参数的整定方法。

| Abstract: | To JT200 type paper tube machine as the research object , this dissertation in -depth re-searched the law of the tape tension changes and clarified tension control system theory and control method in paper tube machine .It was established in this dissertation the mathematical model of the tape tension control system in scroll unwinding as well as detailed analysis and deduction were carried out .The expression of ten-sion formula were obtained ,and it was also demonstrated that tape linear speed and scroll radius were two ma-jor interference which causing tension fluctuations .This dissertation discussed the theory of PID control algo-rithm and the tuning method for PID control parameters was given . |
