摘    要:2500 m^3高炉鼓风机站锅炉设备多、蒸汽管道长,系统中的连续排污、定期排污、管道疏水量大,造成大量蒸汽放散到空气中,不仅浪费能源,还对周围的环境造成了一定的污染。文章较详细地介绍了疏水箱排汽、锅炉扩容器排汽的回收改造,实践证明公司取得了良好的经济、社会效益。

Abstract:In 2500 m^3 furnace blower station , the number of boiler equipments are more , steam pipe is long, the water volume of continuous drain water drainage , regular sewage and pipeline was large , caused a large number of steam radiation into the air , not only form the energy waste , also caused certain pollution to the environment .The exhaust steam recovery and reformation of drain tank and the boiler expansion vessel were introduced in detail .The practice shows that the company has obtained the good economic and social benefits .
