| 摘 要： | 对高效液相色谱法快速测定莱芜生姜中的姜黄素进行了研究。本方法采用纯水-乙醇（20∶80）溶液作为提取液，用Symmertry Shield RP18柱为分离柱，以乙腈-0．02mol/L乙酸铵（60∶40）为流动相，柱温25℃，紫外检测器在波长425 nm条件下检测，一次进样，8 min内完成分析过程，平均加标回收率为98．2％，相对标准偏差2．35％，检出限为5．0×10-4 g/kg。

| Abstract: | A rapid method for determination of curcumin in Laiwu ginger by HPLC was developed in this paper.This method used water-ethanol（20∶80）solution as extract,and liquid chromatographic separation was performed on a Symmertry Shield RP18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.02mol/L ammoninum acetate （60∶40）with column temperature 25℃,and lastly detected at 425 nm through a UV detector.The sep-aration was achieved within 8min,the average recovery 98.2%,RSD2.35%,and detection limits 5.0 ×10 -4 g/kg. |
