摘    要:对高效液相色谱法快速测定莱芜生姜中的姜黄素进行了研究。本方法采用纯水-乙醇(20∶80)溶液作为提取液,用Symmertry Shield RP18柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.02mol/L乙酸铵(60∶40)为流动相,柱温25℃,紫外检测器在波长425 nm条件下检测,一次进样,8 min内完成分析过程,平均加标回收率为98.2%,相对标准偏差2.35%,检出限为5.0×10-4 g/kg。

Abstract:A rapid method for determination of curcumin in Laiwu ginger by HPLC was developed in this paper.This method used water-ethanol(20∶80)solution as extract,and liquid chromatographic separation was performed on a Symmertry Shield RP18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.02mol/L ammoninum acetate (60∶40)with column temperature 25℃,and lastly detected at 425 nm through a UV detector.The sep-aration was achieved within 8min,the average recovery 98.2%,RSD2.35%,and detection limits 5.0 ×10 -4 g/kg.
