基于 ANSYS Workbench 的薄壁筒形件有限元分析

摘    要:通过运用ANSYS Workbench 14.0对食品加工中的不锈钢罐体进行有限元分析,以检验原设计的可靠性,并验证该分析软件在此类设计过程的可行性。为增强筒形件的静力学性能,提出了加纵向加强筋的形式,并对有无加强筋两种形式的罐体进行静力学分析。通过对两种结构模型的总变形量和应力分析结果进行比较分析,证明纵向加强筋可有效提高薄壁筒形件的静力性能。

Abstract:In this paper,by using ANSYS Workbench14.0 finite element analysis was carried out on the food processing in stainless steel tanks ,to test the reliability of the original design ,and validates the feasibility of the analysis software in the design process .In order to enhance the static performance of cylindrical parts at the same time ,put forward and the form of longitudinal reinforcement ,and the presence of stiffener two forms of statics analysis of tank ,through the total deformation of two kinds of structure model and comparison analysis , stress analysis results prove that the longitudinal reinforcement can effectively improve the static performance of thin wall cylinder parts .
