炼焦煤成焦过程中显微结构形成行经的探讨

摘    要:选取了三种不同变质程度的炼焦煤进行炼焦试验,控制炼焦终温在400~1100℃范围内,相隔一定温度进行一次试验,测定炼制的焦炭的显微组分,观察显微结构的变化。结果表明:随着炼焦终温的逐渐升高,焦炭光学组织指数OTI有所增加,增加的幅度逐渐变缓。说明在煤软化熔融形成小球体的阶段,对焦炭的显微结构的形成有着重要的影响,从而影响焦炭的质量。

Abstract:Three different metamorphic grade coking coal were selected for coking test that is under controlling of coking temperature at 400-1100℃ range .At a certain temperature for a test , and the microstructure of coke was menstruated to observe the change of microstructure .The results show that with the increasing of coking ending temperature , the increasing of the coke optical texture index OTI is slow.This shows that it has an important influence on the formation of coke microstructure at the stage in coal softening melting to become the small balls , thus affecting the quality of coke .
