唐钢烧结机系统能量评价和优化

摘    要:通过测试唐钢烧结机系统能量平衡,对标国内先进水平,提出并实施了提高能量利用效率的具体措施,如降低系统漏风率、改善点火制度等,取得了降低烧结过程能量消耗、能量利用率提高6.79%的实际效果。其中热支出总量下降85.49 MJ/t,烧结漏风的气体重量降低了36.90%,烧结废气的气体重量降低了28.20%,返矿降低了21.45kg/t,固体燃耗下降了0.52 kg/t。

Abstract:Based on the measuring results of the balance of input and output energy in sintering system in tangsteel, as well as compared to the domestic advanced operation , the concrete methods to improve the efficiency of energy utilization were implemented .For example, it contains to decrease the air leakage of sintering system, to improve the ignition system, and etc.Hence, the actual effects, as the energy consumption of the sintering process decreased and the efficiency of energy utilization increased 6.79%, were realized.It is included that the total output volume of heat decreased 85.49MJ/t, the weight of air leakage in sintering process decreased 36.90%, the waste flue gas weight in sintering system decreased 28.20%, the revert sintering fine ore decreased 21.45 kg/t, and the solid fuel consumption decreased 0.52 kg/t.
