超大跨度自平衡预应力索杆球面网壳结构的设计与分析

摘    要:目的为实际工程应用设计具有空间刚度的自平衡预应力结构单元.方法结合已有的大跨预应力网壳研究结论和自平衡结构体系的特点设计结构的网格尺寸、高度和厚度,利用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件进行结构计算和静力分析.结果经过合理的构件截面设计,在外载作用下,结构最大的拉索应力为1382.1 MPa,最大的压杆应力为-254.58 MPa,最大竖向位移为-1.66 m;结构内力和变形都在允许的范围内,且无杆件失稳现象.结论单元拼装式自平衡预应力结构在超大跨度空间结构应用是可行的,设计应综合考虑网壳厚度、预应力值、索杆截面变化引起的索杆应力变化.

Abstract:The 300-meter-span spherical surface latticed shell is set up by self-balanced pre-stressed cable-strut elements in kweitt grid mode.The grid size,structural height and thickness are designed based on the existent research conclusion and the peculiarities of the self-balanced structure.The large finite element software ANSYS is used to take structural calculation and static analysis,and the designs of the basic element and joints are introduced.The analysis shows that the structural stress and deformation are in allowable range by proper designs,and lots of steels are saved.The feasibility of the application in super spatial structure assembled with self-balanced pre-stressed cable-strut elements is demonstrated.
