摘    要:天生桥一级水电站混凝土面板堆石坝通过对趾板基础的开挖及处理,固结及帷幕灌浆,以及对周边缝处理等施工工艺和质量控制,达到坝基防渗的目的。趾板基础开挖分期进行,一期为一般开挖,二期为岩石开挖。在趾板混凝土施工前必须对趾板区基础的地质钻孔、探硐、断层破碎带等进行处理。趾板基础固结及帷幕灌浆共分三个阶段进行,并按单元划分施工,先进行固结灌浆,后进行帷幕灌浆。基础钻孔和灌浆均按分序施工,逐序加密的原则进行,

Abstract:The demand of dam foundation seepage control of the concrete facing rockfill dam of Tianshengqiao I hydropower station is met through some construction work and quality control of plinth foundation excavation and disposal,consolidation and curtain grouting,and peripheral joint disposal.The plinth foundation excavation work was divided by two stages the first one was ordinary excavation,the second one was rock excavation.The geological boreholes,exploratory adits and fault crushed zone in the plinth foundation area must be disposed before plinth concrete construction.The plinth foundation consolidation and curtain grouting work was divided by three stages,and constructed by divided units with consolidation grouting earlier and curtain grouting later.Foundation boring and grouting were constructed by sequential construction method.The observational records of the plinth foundation grouting show that the grouting work is effective and accord with the design standard.It's also necessary that the anti seepage fillers were installed in the plinth area,peripheral joint and facing below EL.675.00 so as to increase anti seepage effect of the basal surface,plinth and peripheral joint,and the facing in local area.
