| Abstract: | The starting reagent, p-trifluoromethylaniline, was subjected to diazotization, oximation, and hydrolyzation to synthesize p-trifluoromethyl benzaldehyde, with a total yield of 35.9%. The structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR. |
