摘    要:通过分析热处理工艺和装备技术改造的节能效果,综述了我国轴承热处理正在推广的节能技术及其应用效果。提出了提高轴承寿命和可造性是最有效的节能途径以及当前轴承行业应重点推广的节能技术。

Abstract:The energy-saving technologies being extended in bearing heat treatment of China and its application effect by analyzing the energy-saving effect of the technology reform of heat treatment process and equipments have been reviewed.It is suggested that raising the service bearing life and reliability of bearing are the most effective approach of energy-saving several important energy-saving technologies needed to be extended in bearing heat treatment at present are also put forward.
