液体黏度模型的建立与实现

摘    要:为了实现用软测量的方法在线测量液体的黏度,建立了液体的黏度模型,并在MATLAB中通过应用最小二乘法进行曲线拟合,实现了参数的辨识,确立了液体的黏度模型。应用表明,该方法简便可靠,可以方便快速地获得液体的黏度模型,且该模型简单,应用性强,能较好地应用于液体黏度的在线测量。

Abstract:In order to measure liquid viscosity on line using soft measure method, the liquid viscosity model is built. The parameters are identified through actualizing least square curve fitting in MATLAB and the liquid viscosity model is established. The application shows that the method is easy to use and reliable, through which the liquid viscosity model can be built quickly. Moreover, the liquid viscosity model is quite useful for measuring the liquid viscosity on line.
