摘    要:针对反电势为理想梯形波与理想正弦波的永磁无刷直流电动机,分析了电机在方波驱动120°导通模式下的机械特性、电流波形、换相转矩脉动.推导了反电势为正弦波的无刷直流电动机在方波驱动120°导通模式下的机械特性表达式.通过对这两种电机电流波形的对比分析以及对两者换相电流的数学推导,给出了这两种不同反电势波形的无刷直流电动机在高速和低速时两者电流波形、换相转矩脉动差异的原因.建立了两种电机的仿真模型,仿真结果进一步验证了分析的正确性.实际工程中,无刷直流电动机的反电势波形很难达到理想的梯形波,介于理想梯形波与理想正弦波之间,该研究对无刷直流电动机的设计与控制具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract:The mechanical characteristic expression was induced when the BLDCM with a sinusoidal back EMF was in the mode of square wave current drive and 120° conduction.The comparative analysis of the two different current wavoforms and the mathematical derivation of the two explained why there were differences in current shape and ripple torque when the BLDCMs with trapezoidal back EMF and sinusoidal back EMF were at low speed or at high speed.Simulation model was set up for the two kinds of motors and the results verified the analysis.However,it is hard to achieve ideal trapezoidal waveform in practice.The back EMF waveform usually lies between the ideal trapezoidal wavoform and the ideal sinusoidal waveform.There-fore,the study has certain significance for the BLDCM design and control.
