| 摘 要： | 城市触媒就像化学中的"催化剂",能够带动和激发城市的建设与发展。在我国,一些以煤炭为代表的资源型城市正在煤矿棚户区改造。在这个重要的时期,引入触媒理论、发挥触媒效应,必然会促使这些资源型城市更快地发展,进入稳定发展期。文章旨在通过对城市触媒内涵与作用的阐释,提出一些城市触媒在棚户区改造中的应用策略。
