压缩机声源识别与控制

摘    要:通过声强法和频谱分析法对某旋叶式汽车空调压缩机进行了噪声源识别,指出该压缩机的噪声源主要是由于排气口处高速高压气体产生的周期性气流脉动和气流喷注噪声.通过分析小孔消声器的消声特性和排气噪声的产生机理,在排气口处加装小孔消声器,使该压缩机噪声得以很好的控制,效果十分显著.

Abstract:This paper uses spectrum and the measurement of the sound intensity to find the main noise of the rotary vane compressor. The jet noise and the periodicity pressure pulsation noise producted by the high-speed and high - pressure exhaust are the main noise of this compressor. By analyzing the sound attenuation characteristic of Small Hole Silencers and the reason of exhaust noise, the compressor noise was controlled after the Small Hole Silencers was installed on the exhaust port;the effect is very obvious.
