摘    要:研究了因不可逆硫酸化引起早期失效铅酸蓄电池电池容量恢复的可行性。通过采用电子脉冲振荡的方法,使电极表面硫酸铅细化、溶解、从而使电池的内电阻减小,电极利用率和充电效率提高,电池容量得到恢复。采用电子脉冲原理制成的XF修复保护系统对延长铅酸蓄电池使用寿命和减轻废弃铅酸蓄电池对环境的污染具有积极的现实意义,介绍了该系统的一般性能和原理,对用于修复不同类型的失效电池进行了应用试验,结果显示,该系统对于因长期搁置不用和使用维护不当等引起早期失效的电池,可进行有效修复。

Abstract:The feasibility of capacity recovery of sulphated lead acid battery(premature capacity loss)was studied.By means of pulse oscillating charge technique,the PbSO4 crystals covering the electrode were pulverized and became more soluble.Thus internal resistance of the battery was decreased and charge efficeiency increased, battery capacity would be recovered.Base on the said technique, XF restoration and protection system was constructed, its working principle was presented.Experiments with the said system concluded that batteries of premature capacity loss caused by too long shelf period or improper usage can be effectively renewed by this system.
