| 摘 要： | 针对离子膜制碱生产中存在工艺成本高、效率低、方法陈旧等问题,提出节能减排等改进建议。通过3种方法改进离子膜的生产工艺,分别是采用玻璃钢管件从而延长管道的使用寿命,节约成本;使用高电流密度的离子膜提高电流效率;采取必要的加酸过程来延长离子膜的使用寿命。
