离子膜制碱工艺改进研究

摘    要:针对离子膜制碱生产中存在工艺成本高、效率低、方法陈旧等问题,提出节能减排等改进建议。通过3种方法改进离子膜的生产工艺,分别是采用玻璃钢管件从而延长管道的使用寿命,节约成本;使用高电流密度的离子膜提高电流效率;采取必要的加酸过程来延长离子膜的使用寿命。

Abstract:The ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production process is high cost,low efficiency,so some improvement advices such as energy-saving emission reduction have been put forward.In this paper,three kinds of ways to improve the ion-exchange membrane production technology were introduced.First,FRP pipe fittings was used to extend the service life of pipeline and save cost;Second,high current density ion-exchange membrane was used to improve current efficiency;At last,the suitable adding acid process was used t...
