石油天然气冷却用板式换热器阻力降计算与分析

摘    要:针对作者在辽河油田石油天然气脱水预处理装置中使用板式换热器所遇到的阻力降问题,进行理论分析和计算,表明石油天然气冷却过程中由于存在着部分集态冷凝过程,换热表面形成一定厚度的液膜,致使阻力降增大,因此,对于石油天然气工业需要控制压力降的工艺流程中冷却用板式换热器,仅仅考虑传热面积和留有一定的富裕量是不够的。要想有经济、合理的传热面积,首先必须从设备结构参数上予以调整。

Abstract:Based on the question about resistant drop which the writer encountered when using plate type exchanger in the pretreating process of dehydrating NG in the Liaohe oilfield ,the theoretical analysis and calculation of resistant drop have been made.It is indicated that a thick fluid film is formed on the face of exchanger to increase the resistant drop because of the local change of phase. Therefore, it is not enough only to consider the area of exchanger and a certain acquisition for the plate heat exchanger used in NG industry with pressure drop control. The structural parameters should be adjusted firstly to obtain the rational and economical area of heat transfer.
