摘    要:从葡萄籽中分离出几种酚类成分,并用核磁共振等方法进行结构表征.得到2种原花青素的单体:( )-儿茶素和(-)-表儿茶素;1种原花青素二聚体B4;2种其他酚类物质:对羟基苯甲酸及没食子酸乙酯.表明葡萄籽提取物强大的抗氧化活性不仅与其中所含的原花青素有关,也与其他酚类物质的存在有关.

Abstract:Several phenolic compounds was isolated from grape seeds,and NMR was applied to identification of the compounds obtained.A mixture of catechin and epicatechin,procyanidin B4,4-hydroxy-benzoic acid and ethyl gallate were purified and identified from grape seed procyanidin extract.It shows that besides procyanidins,there are other phenolic compounds in procyanidin extract which may contribute to its great antioxidant activity.
