| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concept, the significance and the process for the costs control, analyzes the points for the costs control of the constructing programs, including the earlier stage for construction, the duration period of construction and the complete acceptance, and illustrates the measures to have the costs control in constructing programs, so as to direct the architectural enterprises to improve the economic benefits. |
