双折线多层缠绕卷筒动态受力分析及结构优化

摘    要:对双折线卷筒钢丝绳缠绕过程卷筒的受力进行详细的理论分析,建立钢丝绳缠绕过程卷筒受力分布数学模型,编制卷筒动态受力分布及结构有限元计算自动分析软件.以某履带起重机卷筒为例进行结构分析和优化,结果表明:结构优化后的卷筒端侧面强度降低24%,解决端侧面经常开裂的问题,从而满足设计要求.

Abstract:The detailed theoretical analysis on dynamic force of multi layer winding parallel grooved drum during the winding process is performed, a mathematic model of force distribution of drum is built during the winding process of wire rope, and an automatic analysis software is developed for the finite element calculation on the dynamic force development and structure of drum. The drum of a crawler crane is taken as an example and the structure analysis and optimization are performed on it. The results show that, the flange strength of optimized drum is deceased by 24%, the frequent cracking problem is solved, and so it satisfies the design requirements.
