乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯工艺流程模拟

摘    要:采用AspenPlus化工流程模拟软件对乙苯两段脱氢、乙苯三段脱氢、乙苯脱氢-氧化和乙苯脱氢-氧化-换热4种乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯工艺的流程进行模拟。模拟结果表明,乙苯脱氢-氧化和乙苯脱氢-氧化-换热工艺脱氢过程的蒸汽用量比乙苯两段脱氢工艺降低35%和37%;乙苯脱氢-氧化和乙苯脱氢-氧化-换热工艺由于氢气氧化反应器的存在,尾气中氢气的量较少,尾气压缩机的功耗比乙苯两段脱氢工艺降低38%和67%;乙苯脱氢-氧化工艺和乙苯脱氢-氧化-换热工艺乙苯的单程转化率达到80%以上,循环乙苯量较乙苯两段脱氢工艺大幅降低,因此这两种工艺分离过程的蒸汽用量比乙苯两段脱氢工艺减少15%和17%。

Abstract:Four processes for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to styrene including the ethylbenzene two-stage dehydrogenation,ethylbenzene three-stage dehydrogenation,ethylbenzene dehydrogenation-oxidation and ethylbenzene dehydrogenation-oxidation-heat exchange processes were simulated by using Aspen Plus software for the sake for providing a guidance of selecting a more economical process in new plant design.The comparison of the processes were mainly directed against traditional ethylbenzene two stage dehydrogenation.The steam consumption of the two dehydrogenation-oxidation processes could be saved by 35% and 37% in comparing with ethylbezene two-stage dehydrogenation process.The installation of hydrogen burning reactor obviously decreased hydrogen in tail-gas.The compressor power consumptions of the two processes therefore decreased 38% and 67%.Single pass conversion of ethylbenzene in both processes reached more than 80%,so the cycling ethylbenzene of both processes decreased substantially.The related steam consumptions of distillation part dropped by 15% and 17%.
