基于MEMS与单片机的西瓜成熟度无损检测系统的研究

摘    要:通过对西瓜的力学和物理特性的分析,设计一套以凌阳十六位单片机为控制核心,以MEMS(微机电系统)加速度传感器为检测工具,以FFT(快速傅里叶变换)为信号分析和计算方法的西瓜成熟度快速检测装置。检测过程中,利用对西瓜的敲击产生的振动频率响应,来准确判断西瓜的成熟程度。检测结果将显示在液晶显示器上,包括振动波形,振动频率和成熟度指数,并且进行成熟度等级分类。

Abstract:This article analyze the physical and mechanical characteristics of the watermelon,designed a high-speed detector that based on the core chip SPCE061A,using MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) as detector and using FFT(Fast Fourier transformation) as the method of analysis and calculation of the signal.In the process of detecting,it judges the maturity index of the watermelon precisely using the vibration frequency response of the watermelon.The test results show on the LCD including vibration waveform,f...
