摘    要:应用原位统计分布分析技术检测了不同工艺条件下低合金钢连铸方坯的成分均匀性。在获得检测区域内与原位置相对应的数以万计单次放电光谱信号的基础上,实现了对各元素成分的定量分布分析。根据各元素的二维成分分布图,可以准确定量表征低合金钢连铸方坯的最大偏析度,不同含量所占的权重比率可以作为材料均匀性的判据。此判据可用以下两种参数来表示:一是统计均匀度(H),指特定含量范围(C0±R)所占的权重比率;二是统计偏析度(S),指95%置信度时的中位值置信扩展率。这两种参数可以表征金属材料大尺度范围内成分与状态的分布规律。本

Abstract:The homogeneity of low alloy steel continuous casting billets obtained under different technology conditions has been investigated by original position statistic distribution analysis technique. On the basis of systematical analysis of ten thousands of primary optical signals at the corresponding original positions, the quantitative statistic distribution information of each element was obtained. The biggest degrees of segregation of low alloy steel continuous casting billet were accurately calculated according to the quantitative distribution maps of the contents. The weight ratio in different content range was used for a criterion of the homogeneity of the materials, and the criterion was expressed in two parameters including the total weight ratio of contents (the degree of statistic homogeneity, H) within a certain content range (C0±R) and the median value confidence extension: ratio(the degree of statistic segregation, S) at 95% of confidence limit of weight ratio. The two parameters reflect the distribution regularity of composition and state for metal materials in a large region. The difference between the sample with high columnar crystal and the sample with high equiaxed crystal has been studied by Using the two parameters.
