摘    要:水资源短缺是制约大连社会经济可持续发展的重要"瓶颈",对大连市水资源可持续利用进行综合评价对其国民经济可持续发展至关重要。为避免单一模型评价结果主客观性太强而与实际产生偏差的缺陷,在构建评价指标体系的基础上,分别应用主观性强的层次分析法与客观性强的投影寻踪模型对大连市水资源可持续利用水平进行评价,并将两种方法的评价结果进行加权求和,得出大连市水资源可持续利用变化趋势。评价结果表明,此方法简单有效,很好地反映了实际情况。最后,提出了促进大连市水资源可持续利用的建议,为实现水资源可持续开发利用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Water resources shortage was a major bottleneck for sustainable development of society and economy in Dalian City,so comprehensive evaluation for the water resources was very important for sustainable development of the national economy of Dalian City.In order to avoid the limitation of either too objective or too subjective of single model,based on the evaluation index system,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Projection Pursuit(PP) methods were applied respectively to assess the current situation of sustainable utilization of water resources,the results of two methods were summed by weights.The trend of sustainable utilization of water resources was obtained.The result has shown that the method is simple and available and close reflected the fact.At last,countermeasures for sustainable utilization of water resources in Dalian were put forward,which may provide the reference for water resources sustainable utilization.
