| 摘 要： | 排山楼金矿选矿流程采用全泥氰化-炭浆工艺,其尾矿处理在我国率先使用大规模厢式板框压滤机,其压滤滤液全部循环使用.加上矿山为了增加效益,外构高品位矿石和浮选金精矿,造成了选矿厂生产用水中金属离子含量较高,造成了尾液指标居高不下,影响了炭的活性.进行了相关的净化研究,为循环水的净化提供了一个新的思路.

| Abstract: | Mineral separation circuit adopted All-sliming cyanidation CIP technology in Pai Shan Lou gold mine,and box,plate and frame filter press was put to use in tailing treatment on the large scale in the first time,its filtrate can be recycling utilized.what is more,the mine purchased high grade ore and gold concentrate of Flotation in order to increase benefits,which resulted in the increases of the content of metal ion in process water of mineral separation plants and the increases of discharge liquid index,so it affected activity of carbon.The article investigated on the purification,it provides a fresh method for the purification of recycling water. |
