摘    要:针对高性能红外成像系统MRTD测试用的小尺寸四杆靶标加工难度大,甚至以现有加工水平根本无法加工的问题,采用ZEMAX软件设计了一款离轴全反射成像光学系统。系统由三个非球面反射镜组成,放大倍数为0.4。仿真结果表明,本文设计的光学系统成像质量良好,接近衍射极限,加入现有的测试系统中可以满足高分辨率红外成像系统MRTD测试需求。

Abstract:Because the small-sized four-bar targets used in high-performance infrared imaging system MRTD testing are difficult to process and even impossible to process under the existing machining processing level,an off-axis three-mirror imaging optical system was designed by using ZEMAX software. The imaging optical system is made up of three aspheric mirrors and the magnification is 0.4. The simulation results show that the imaging quality of the designed optical system is good and closes to the diffraction limit,and this optical system can meet the MRTD testing requirements of the high-resolution infrared imaging system.
